We also buy scrap trucks, vans, utes and 4WDs in McKinnon
For scrap trucks, vans, utes and 4WDs, describe actual body arrangements and fixed equipment as well as the fault. Identify a truck body and mounted fittings, a van’s storage and roof layout, a ute’s tray and canopy, or accessories retained on a four-wheel drive. Explain items being kept and separate loose goods from fixtures included with the vehicle. If photographs show fittings you will remove before sale, say so before an amount is discussed and update the configuration account so it matches what will actually be ready for handover.
What affects your scrap car offer?
Tell us what the next repair would address and which work has already been carried out. Include missing major components, mechanical problems and body damage rather than only the most recent diagnosis. Explain whether it starts and whether wheels and steering still permit movement. A proposed repair is different from components already detached, so make that distinction clear. You can begin an assessment with the information you have without commissioning another diagnosis or preparing the car cosmetically simply to enquire about selling it in the state it is in now.
Free scrap car removal in McKinnon
For McKinnon collection, describe the entry and parking position and arrange keys or permission if a gate or another vehicle blocks access. Removal is free without hidden removal fees. Confirm the available appointment for the actual address and the movement restrictions described rather than treating a preferred time as booked. Arrange an authorised seller to attend and clear belongings from all compartments beforehand. Keep the agreed approach available through the confirmed pickup rather than relying on locating another household member or finishing a clear-out as the operator arrives.
Before you agree to sell
Compare selling with the repairs you would genuinely undertake to keep the car useful, not improvements aimed only at another buyer. Clarify the offer amount, included equipment and payment arrangements before accepting. Update us if parts or fittings change before collection. A sale using clear current information gives you a practical option without preparing another private sales campaign or committing to work you no longer intend to complete.

- Describe the vehicle. Give the make, model, year, condition and any missing components.
